Atherton Avenue in Novato

Atherton Avenue is located in Northeast Novato. It's a 3-mile stretch of "country" road that runs from Highway 101 to Highway 37. Along the way you'll find horse properties, small bungalows on large parcels, gated estates with views, and newer homes in a handful of subdivisions.

The Atherton Avenue area is desirable because of its scenic landscape and semi-rural feel. Many homes sit on several acres and enjoy views and privacy. Yet, this area offers convenience too. It's close to downtown Novato and major highways - not to mention an easy drive to Sonoma via Highway 37.

Residents here also enjoy being close to golf (Stone Tree Golf Club) and boating.
