The Novato Chase subdivision sits on the edge of San Marin in northwest Novato. The neighborhood is made up of about 70 upscale, single-family homes built in 2000 and 2001. Almost half of the homes back to open space and all enjoy views of the hills.
Streets in Novato Chase include Pepper Creek Way, Sandy Creek Way and Copper Hill Way. The neighborhood is located across the street from Dogbone Meadows Park, a popular (and fenced) dog park.
Novato Chase is close to San Marin High School. It's convenient to shopping in San Marin and to recreation as well. O'Hair Park is across the street. There is also a paved bike path that you can follow north to Stafford Lake and south toward central Novato. The public Indian Valley golf course is less than a mile away.
