Pacheco Valle is a semi-hidden gem in southern Novato, on the west side of Highway 101. Pronounced Pacheco "Valley," this wooded neighborhood is tucked in the trees and is absolutely beautiful and serene. Pacheco Valle contains upscale townhomes, many with attached 2-car garages. Farther back in this neighborhood are a few dozen large single-family homes.
Pacheco Valle townhomes are some of the largest in Novato, and prices range from the mid-$400,000s to the high $500,000s.
Pacheco Valle offers an excellent commute location, and local shopping opportunites have just improved dramatically. Across the freeway, the brand new Hamilton Marketplace features a large Safeway grocery store, Starbucks, Peet's Coffee, Wells Fargo bank and several other stores and restaurants. Up the street in Ignacio, Pacheco Plaza is undergoing a major renovation with the goal of becoming a premier shopping and dining destination.
