Rush Creek in Novato
The desirable Rush Creek area is located in northeast Novato, off Atherton Avenue and close to Highway 101. In the mid-to late 1990s, more than 400 luxury homes were built adjacent to the Rush Creek Open Space Preserve. Each home sits on a minimum 14,000 square foot lot, with many properties larger than one acre. The surroundings are beautiful, with old oak trees and rolling hills. The area has a country-like feel; just across the street and down Atherton Avenue you'll find many large horse properties.
Rush Creek is convenient to Highway 101 and downtown Novato. Trader Joe's is about one mile away. Outdoor hiking opportunities abound in Rush Creek, just out your doorstep.
