Windwalker Way in Novato

If you're wanting a newer home on a grand scale, look to Windwalker Way in east Novato. This neighborhood of 21 luxury homes was built between 2001 and 2003. Homes here range from about 3,600 square feet to 4,200 square feet and sit on generous lots (average about 17,000 square feet). Windwalker Way has a semi-country feel since it's surrounded by many horse properties and large expanses of open space. Yet, it's less than 2 miles to Trader Joe's market in downtown Novato. It's also just a few minutes from Highway 37 and a short trip to the wine country.
